Fiends forever

I am having trouble loading figure-specific makeup onto [Fiends forever]this character.  I can get the lipstick, the eye color.  I cannot load any of the eye makeup, eyebrows.  Seems like nothing from the nose up is being applied.  System blinks like it's loading something, but nothing appears.  Any ideas about that?

    Yes, both in preview and in render.  She is just bald on her forehead.  I tried to uninstall and reinstall.  I tried also to use a different fields forever figure - I'm working with the bloodile swan, but switched to a different one - same problem.  The lipstick and all other materials apply flawlessly.  Just no eye make-up.

    I'm attaching a basic render of the head.  You can see the lipstick loads just fine.  The lower lashes are part of the base.  None of the eye makeup, eyebrows or upper lashes will load at all.  I did not put any hair on, but it loads fine.

  • And no errors? It could be a missing UV set, though the character itself doesn't seem to have custom UVs, but that should generate an error message.

    No errors. Just weird. I cant really use her with bald eyebrows!????

  • Unless anyone else has a suggestion I think you will need to open a Technical Support ticket.

    I believe some of the makeup settings only work if you're rendering in 3Delight. I have the FF characters, and IIRC there was nothing I could do to get their beard stubble to show up when using Iray.

    The face surface uses custom shader that adds something similar to the diffuse overlay in the Iray uber shadow so you can't see anything till you render.
