Trouble Posing Geneva Hair

I've never encountered this problem before: I can't get the pony tail of Geneva Hair to move. None of the preset hair poses will change her hair. Hair loads like this and stays that way, no matter what. Any ideas of what is causing this? I uninstalled the hair product in DIM and removed the package and then re-installed it...no difference.

PS. The screenshots are from a G8F character where Geneva is loaded. Geneva is a G3F hair product. But I have never had trouble using a G3 hair on a G8 character before. I loaded Geneva on a G3 and it poses fine.

Sooooo...why can't I use this hair on a G8F character?

In this case, autofit is probably breaking things. I read somewhere that it messes up the bones so posing doesn't work right. I had a similar problem this afternoon with a G2 hair I autofitted to G8.
