What are Resource Files

Sometimes on the product pages there is a tab that reads Resource Files.

What are they?

Should I download and install them?

and if they are not exe files and just templates where do I put them?

    Most of the time they are Blank UV maps for the items. Very handy for making custom textures for your content. They are not needed and can be stored any place you like.
