Converting/importing (?) custom v4 characters to v4.2 how to?

Hi, I don't know the correct terminology for this so bear with me.

I've been creating custom characters using v4, but I've now got v4.2, is there any way to transfer my old characters onto the v4.2? Or do I need to make them all over again from scratch?

If its possible could someone share or link to a step by step tutorial on how to do this process (I'm still a beginner, so don't assume I have any knowledge of how to do it, in other words, if at a step in the process I need to click OK, tell me to do it :D )

Load V4.2 select it, Inject all the Morph sets used then apply the V4 character morph. V4.2 can and does use all the V4 morphs. You must have the morphs injected (loaded into V4.2) for it to use them before the Character Morph is Applied.
