removing specular from reference photos

Hi i use some of 3d.sk photo refs to texture, is there any good way to remove specular/shine from the skin in photoshop? Thanks :)

I think there are probably several ways to reduce skin specularity from photos in Photoshop, including using the burning tool, adjusting levels, and maybe cloning out the particularly bright spots. If the mods remove the link for any reason, I simply searched "Reducing Shine Hotspots on Skin" in YouTube's search feature.
Why would you expect a Mod to remove the link? Just curious
I really did not think it would get removed. There wouldn't be any reason for it, but just in case... I did not want to forget where I got the info thereby not being very helpful to OP.
