Bluebird 3D

I love your product but I'm in hell trying to get this product open in Daz 3D 4.6. and/or 4.0 Pro. I have reviewed the mapping, considered the browser, uninstalled using DIM and Manually. I have made sure that I have mapping for Studio and Poser with the required DIM mapping. I have bought other products at the same time that are showing up. And its just not there. All I get is options to review the associated pages. I'm losing it. I think this is your most impressive set and I want to use it for a render due in three days. I have been creating tickets for help for 3 days, so my time is running out.

What can I do or have I not done to get this package to load?

Please advise

What exactly are you having problems with. The pack is for DAZ Studio 4.5 and Poser. Are you not able to locate the files within DAZ Studio? It isn't showing in DIM?

    Hello Prissy,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this set. I'd love to help if I can. I just have a couple of questions in addition to the ones Frank asked.

Can you give me a specific run down of the steps you are taking to load this set?

I'm not able to duplicate this issue yet but I would like to keep trying.
Just to be sure, I checked and was able to load this set into Studio Pro 4.6. I'm attaching a screenshot to share that.

    Everyone!
Thank you for responding to my post. Let me see if I can clarify where the problem lies....with my laptop.

I removed 4.0 from my laptop…but kept content management file. I downloaded the new version 4.6 and the install manager. Installed all my files that were waiting in the install manager (Cozy Studio) and then tried to access some in DAZ. The first thing I got was that my Genesis Basic People were not to be found. And all other files as well. I knew it was something with the path….but I was not sure what. All I did was down load. I did not change anything.

Posted a question to the forum and was given this fix
Add this path to the Daz Studio Format & Poser Formats
    C:/Program Files/DAZ 3D/Content Management service.

I went to my PC which still had 4.0 Pro added this path to this version then used my Install Manager to add all my new files including “Cozy Studio”. Not only do I now have the studio, all my new/previous files, but also still my Genesis basic people. I have been able to work and render just fine.

But on my laptop I cannot put 4.0 Pro back, but with just a download of the new version and the Install Manager, I am unable to see any assets. I get a Yellow box where the picture of the asset should be with an exclamation point (!) over the would be item. I’m so lost/confused that I removed 4.6 and Install from my Laptop. Still keeping the Content Management file. What is wrong with my Laptop? I have the memory with a 1TB external Drive on a Windows 7/4GB/HP.

My apologies Bluebird 3D that I made it seem it was your product that was the problem. Initially your product was my first new buy after upgrading to 4.6 and using the Install Manager. So, I panicked. Again, My apologies, I love the Studio and still shopping under your name.

The folder you need to add to Poser Formats and DAZ Studio Formats is C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library, which is where the Install Manager places files by default.
