Piggy backing on this thread, does anyone know which texture was used in this promo?

Seems to be similar to what P3D creates for her characters but I can't tell which one is that and I've seen other people use that exact same texture in the gallery.

I know this post is older, but i too went on a deep search for this female character , thought i found some thing possibly ....

try looking at VS Cecie G3F , i had this catch my eye browsing. 

CB Lilianaand this looks like similar just more detailed !
