Low Resolution Issue: Spa of Juturna

I load the scene like normal from Poser Formats and it loads fine, but the resolution is horrible low. I know that the model has much higher resolution from the pictures in the promo and they are 4000px. I checked the surface tab and it is finding the correct image. I'm including a 3Delight render I just did along with the promo image to demonstrate the difference. If I zoom in on it model it is literally a blurry mess.

Is there a setting I'm missing? I've never had this happen on a model before.

I added a close up of the floor.

    I suppose you looked at the Shading rate in Render Settings to see what it is set at?

    Thank you! It was set to 2 rather than 1 and that was the problem. I restored the defaults and all is well.
