I've been running 64 bit studio 4.6 since it came out, is there a reason I caught install manager already downloaded and begining to install daz studio 4.6 32 bit version today? Does that mean I can't trust what the install manager is doing?

I have just noticed that the DAZ Studio application files are now in DIM, that only happened today.
DIM does not download and install automatically, you have to tick the little box in the Ready to Download tab, and then click on 'Start Queue' before it will download anything.
Whether it will install or not, depends on whether you have the Install After Download box checked. If you have both 32 bit and 64 bit checked in your downloads filter (gear icon), then it will offer you both. There is no need to download and install the 32 bit version if you don;t want it, but there is no harm in having both versions installed on the same system.
Both 32 and 64-bit versions will work on a 64-bit system, and some people use both (LipSync is only available in 32-bit, for example). I hide all the 32-bit versions.
Thanks, I hid it. Is there any reason that it started happening today? There isn't some patch in it we need or anything (Sorry, I usually just hit, "yes, yes, ok, ok continue" to stuff like install manager.) I half thought there might have been a patch or something we needed in it.
I checked "Display Hidden", but there's not the 32 version yet.
It's quite weird, because, how the 64 version was nort running, I uninstalled that, and accidentally uninstalled the 32 bit version too. The 64 version
is still listed in DIM, but the 32 one no more.

Today is the first day that DAZ Studio can be installed using DIM.
That makes sense then, Thanks!
Hi everyone
My PC was formated, and for some reason the 32 bit version, the only one that runs properly on my PC, isn't listed in DIM.
Thanks.
You need to look at your Filters on the Ready to Download tab.
Make sure that 32 bit is selected
