Question about a Mazazine

Can't remember what figure it was, I think M5, but it was offered for free with a Magazine. What magazine was that?

There is one magazine with V5... 3D world issue 153 (Feb-Mar 2012?)

But the one with M5 (and V5 too) is 3D Artist - Issue 43

It was on sale around maybe June of last year... maybe... I would have to carbon date the dust on the disc's sleeve to be sure since the magazine and the disc have no date on them other than 2012.
