Creating a product zip

Hi, I made a custom prop and I want to share it, what's the easiest way to create a ready to paste zip for all the necessary files? All the tutorials available are either terrible or incomplete. Is there a program where I can choose which files to zip including all the necessary folders?

Ideally you should have made a project library/folder and saved everything to it thus onlyneeding to zip its contents up.
