Issue with G3M Shaved Hair

Hey everyone,
Got a bit of a strange situation and I'm all out of ideas as to what is going on. I'm by no means a easoned pro with DAZ - still learning!
Anyway, I'm working on a scene at present that requires the male model to be nude. This is all well and good, but I'm using the 'Shaved Hair for Genesis 3 Males' by bluejaunte and when this hair is applied, his genitalia lose all texture and appear plain white.
This doesn't happen with any other hair I may use. Any ideas as to what's causing this to happen, and if there is a solution / workaround?
Thanks in advance :)

I just had to test this
and I can confirm it. I was using Ragnar as my test model. You delete the hair and it reverts back.
The hair has a geoshell and for some reason I can't guess at the WG_*_gen* are all turned on in Parameters, Shell, Visibility - turn them off and everything comes back. That is your work-a-round but maybe you should log a ticket to get the hair fixed properly.
Hey 3Ddreamer - thanks for responding!
I don't quite understand what it is you're instructing me to do - turn off Shell Visibility in the parameters for the hair or the gens?
Thanks
Select the shell, parented to the base figure, and in the Shell group in Parameters you should find a list of surfaces and groups each with an on-off switch - turn off all but the head.
Yeah that was one of the first things I tried. Didnt work.
It's annoying as the photo is part of a sceme, and throughout the scene storyline he's had this hair. To change it now would mean to re-do almost 30 renders! I'm googling how to turn off geometry shells but to be perfectly honest this is a little above my pay-grade atm! Any 'laymans-terms' instructions as to how to achieve the workaround offered by 3Ddreamer would be most welcome.

Sorry if I'm being a bit thick, but how do I select the shell of the base figure? All I see in the scene list is the figure's name (Genesis 3 Male)... not sure how I find the shell!
Thanks for your patience :)
John
Hey Richard,
Thanks so much - I managed to figure it out after a bit of rummaging around :)
Problem now rectified! Thanks again
John
Sorry John - a picture worth a thousand words. Glad you figured it out, but for anyone else who comes across this thread, you need to turn off the gen entries which come turned on by default.
Thanks 3Ddreamer!
