Properties Preset not including some parameters

I'm trying to save a properties preset for a model, and for some reason it does not see all of the availbale dials - they appear in the parameters tab but one scope does not appear in the preset dialog. Anybody experience this?

Basic pose morphs. There are several scopes unders the morphs scope. The rest of the scopes and parameters appear, just not this one. I can't see anything different in how these parameters are tagged which would explain it.
