New download of DAZ 4.9 is not working right

I have installed and uninstalled the DAZ 4.9 program four times and the program is not working. How can this issue be fixed?

Did you also install all of the Genesis Starter essentials?

BTW   which method did you use to install   DIM, Connect or Manual/

For the first image, click the icon to the left of the button labelled perspective View, at top-right of the Viewport, and select Texture Shaded.

Screenshots are easy to read if you don't downsize them.

I downloaded the program Manually.

 

The missing file is called:   resources/dthdr-ruinsb-500.hdr

 

I uninstalled again and I am downloading via the Install Manager now

Thank you. Turned on the Texture Shaded tab and the image appeared.
