Black Dots

Just finished the above rendering and if you look at it, there is tones of black dots, like static almost.

I've fiddel around with setting trying to see if anything helps but can't see any noticable improvement.

Can anyone suggest or help me on how to fix this

That loks to be noise - the image is not yet adequately converged. You need to increase the maximum time or samples or add more light
