Smart Content panel empty & error message...

Haven't loaded Daz for about 8 months but today needed to get back into it, except on startup I find this complex error message (see pic attached)...
I close the message but find nothing in the Smart Content tab or the Install tab, although the Content Library tab is working and loading files, but still giving messages of parts missing.
I've updated Daz in the Install Manager but that hasn't fixed it.
Can anybody help please?

Is PostgreSQL installed? If you were using Valentina, the original CMS databse, that is no longer supported as of DS 4.9.x - if that's the case you also need to run the Valentina to PostgreSQL conversion tool, which will try to make a PostgreSQL version of your existing database. If you are already using PostgreSQL then what security software are you uisng?
