Lighting Difficulties

So i have several lights throughout the scene and in other renders the lights work fine, however in this one room the lights dont want to actually work,

    In the Tone Mapping seetings for iRay change the ISO to 400 or 800 or alternatively adjust the Exposure Value to be a smaller number. Careful though as too much will wash out all the details.

    It looks like you've tried to turn up the point light in the room using the Intensity parameter. In an Iray render, you should control the lights with the Luminous Flux parameter (which you haven't scrolled the parameter list up far enough to see its setting). This gives better control over the Iray lights; Intensity should only be used in a 3Delight render.

    Note that the 200% limit you've hit for Intensity is only the default limit — click on the little cogwheel at the end of the parameter bar, select Parameter Settings, and you'll be able to change the limit values (among a lot of other things). This applies to any parameter; don't think that when you hit a limit you're stuck, in almost every case you can change it.
