smart content folder is empty

may smart content foldeer is empty in the file side /// I am unable to use any files from the comtent folder   Please help

    Look in your processes and see if you have PostgreSQL is running. If so try reimporting your metadata.

  • it is in processes several times (8 times) re imported my metadata with no change

    Give the lack of categories it appears there's a communication issue. Does DS give a warning about missing PostgreSQL on launch? Do you get any files under Categories or Products in the Content Library pane? What security software are you using?

    I got it ...went to edit / preference/ CMS  and reloaded the CMS file there and it worked ...Thanks for your help
