The installation path DAZ "3D Bridge DS4" not found

Hello, I am new to DAZ, and I have a few technical issues that I am running into. (BRIDGE has been solved, item load in has NOT been.)
Items when doubleclicked do not load onto the model. Such as hair colors and some hair in general.

One. Everything seemed to install fine in the initial install package aside from ONE thing that will not install is the 3d Bridge. I attempted from the install manager, and got the following message:

"Install Manager cannot find a required path. The package for "Photoshop 3D Bridge for DAZ Studio 4.9+ (Win 64-bit)" requires that the installed path for "Photoshop CC, CS6, CS5, CS4 (64-bit)" be defined. Make sure that a path for this application is present on the "Applications" page of the "Settings" dialog, then try again."
I scanned through the forums and found nothing that solved the issue, but tried to grab the install file manually from the download page. No dice. Message recieved:  (The installation path for DAZ Studio could not be found. "3D Bridge DS4 (64bit) cannot be installed. Setup will now quit.").

My version of DAZ is 4.9.3.166 (Pro Edition) 64 bit. I am running on Windows10, but seeing as the program works, I can load in both female starter models (I see no males, so maybe ther is more of an issue than I thought?) I dont think it matters, but the edition of Photoshop I run is CS6.
I can get the figure to load in, but none of the clothes. I know how to access the log, but I cant make heads or tails of it, but can paste the errors and give more info as needed.
Thank you in advance!

You need to tell Install manager that you have Photoshop, and wheer it is installed. In Install maanger click the gear cicon at top-right to open Prefrencs, go to the Applications tab, click the + button to add a new application, and enter the details of your version of Photoshop (click the ... to set the folder that holds the Photoshop application file). You should then be able to isntall the bridge.

Thank you SO much, I will try that once I find the file and edit this/comment back with if it's solved or not.

    EDIT:

BRIDGE is solved, item load-in is not.

DoubleClick results to a "check the log" message, and log is as follows:
