Platinum Club + issues

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Is any one else having a problem with their platinum club + subscription? It's acting like I no longer have the subscription, no access to the forum, no discounts etc.

I have a raised a ticket just wondering if i'm the only one.

    You seem to have lost your PC sub.   A ticket is the only way to get it sorted.  I will report as well, see if we can accelerate the process, but don't hold your breath,  It doesn't always work.

    I assume it was working ok?  Have you tried logging out completelty, then back in?

    But as Chohole says, filing a ticket as you have done is the best way to get it looked at properly.  I can only see so much information from here...sorry!

    Thanks, seems to have happened after being awarded store credit.

    Yes was working fine at least early yesterday, this is what my account shows. Just can't access any of the PC+ features.

    And just had an email that my paypal sub has been cancelled by Daz3D. This is bizarre.
