The Victoria 4 support folder could not be found (Solved)

Hi, did a search and could not find resolution to issue, I am having.  I am getting critical error message, each time I try to load, V4, M4, K4, A4..........support folder could not be found.  I checked runtime support folder, all content there.  I have tried everything, uninstall/install, checked all folders/directories, content directory manager, all path is correct, Daz/Poser format.  Assistance appreciated.

    Resolved the problem.  In case others have same issue, in content library and products, I delete all V4 content, redownload V4 content, start queue, install after download.  Still would not work !!  after several tries, noticed ready to install had some conent, which was V4 base, morph and power loader.  For some odd reason, base, morph, powerloader, didn't install.  I select/install.  Works fine now.  Problem was ready to install tab did not automatically install content.  Phew ! happy I got it all figured out smileyyes
