Hair wont load

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi just bought this https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files/prod/22298/

and i cant load it to my character!

    I haven't had any problem with Sienna Hair. What character are you trying to load it on? Be sure you are loading the hair file and not one of the hair color materials.
