I have 125+ gigs of content

I have like I said I have 125+ gigs of content and growing. How do I move all of this stuff to another hard drive but preserve all of my smart content?

Which version of DS? In 4.9 the database uses relative paths, so as long as everything is in the same folder within the new content diectory nothing should be lost - files that were not in a content dirctory, however, will be store with absolute paths.
