Crashing on render. nvoglv64.DLL Nvidia

I have three machines runnign DS. Two are used to render projects. Until recently all was fine then there was an update driver pushed by Nvidia and now one machine seems to crash a lot on rendering. The two render machines use identical GPU each with 4GB ram. The unstable one is a 4-core i7 with 16GB ram which worked fine and was my fastest machine until the update. Second is a dual CPU total 8 core 3.3 GHZ Xeon with 48 GB ram. No hardware chances have been made. I don't think it is related to GPU Ram capacity because both are identical cards and one renders fine while the other is crashing...even on relativly small renders.
I found prior version of the suspect DLL and placed a copy of that in /system32 but then DS won't start stating the version of OpenGL is too old? Restored the problematic .dll and DS now starts again but same issue rendering.
First symptom, when I start a render the whole screen goes black for a moment then proceeds.
Second sympton, I get part way through a render then the whole screen is "grayed out" like a white film and I get the windows crash notice with the below result. This does not happen every time but more times than not. Have tried several scenes with no discernable difference in result.
I have NOT tried 3delight with this because almost all my scenes are using iray textures etc and even if 3DL works it does not solve my problem.
Anyone else?

Are both systems running the same operating system? Are both systems running the same version of DAZ Studio? Were both systems running the same Nvidia driver version prior to the update?
Other than the actual hardware yes, both are same.
All three use the exact same content directory via 1Gig network so there is never a "missing files" issue with assets as I add new content.
Database is active on ONLY the machine I use to create scenes because using a single central assets location, having three databases means they are not in synch. I have tried with and without DB and that has no effect so I go without.
The problamatic machine was peviously the prefered render machine as it is the fastest but for the past month I have been plagued with these random crashes, often well into a long render. The Xeon is a little slower but dead reliable.
NOTES: I have tried with and without malware / anti virus on and off. Both machines receive same windows updates about the same time etc.
Also want to add the additional report from last night with a different nvidia dll.

Well, given what you have said, I'm inclined to believe the problem lies with the driver. Although updating drivers has tended to become a rather routine affair for many, there is a longstanding approach to doing so that seems to have fallen out of fashion: always uninstall the previous drivers completely prior to installing updated drivers. Most folks probably don't do this, but it nevertheless remains a best practice to avoid potential conflicts. Unfortunately, the uninstall utility under Windows Control Panel does not necessarily completely remove all traces of the older driver from your system. To be absolutely certain, most would recommend using a third-party tool to completely remove drivers. This is one of the better ones:
http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
WARNING!: Do not click on any of the fake download buttons on that page - there are at least three of them. I hate when web pages pull that crap. However, the actual download itself is safe, and can be found at the bottom of page under Download Locations. Just pick a mirror site from the list and click on it - that should start your download.
I say all this as removing the currently installed video drivers and re-installing them fresh may solve the problem. Prior to doing that you could run a registry scan (the CCleaner utility has a registry scanner option), to see if that identifies any problems associated with the display driver. Do not fix anything yet - if you elect to scan the registry, report back with anything you find in the scan list that looks like it relates to the display driver. We can then proceed from there. If that fails, then we can look at the clean and re-install option I mentioned in the beginning.
The update was an automated affair from Nvidia not something I elected. I use cCleaner all the time but have not noted any reference to drivers since this issue.
I will download a fresh set and clean out system before a re-install as you suggest. I may just block Nvidia from even offering an update and stick with DIY method.
I note that Nvidia web people are way behind the times. They have a detection tool on their site to identify Nvidia products and drivers that is pretty much useless. It requires JAVA but it seems their IT people have not received the news that almost no browsers support JAVA any longer. You can install it for other purposes but the API's to use it on the web have been stripped from every browser I tried.
Thanks. May not have time to do this today but will give it a try.
NOT SOLVED: by uninstalling every Nvidia product except the actual video driver.
Nvidia installs a lot of crap that seems to get in it's own way. I removed all but the video driver. I did remove audio as well but pc detects hardware and puts it back again, but that's ok. With all the other stuff gone not only do I not crash, I notice scenes load FAST !!
Before this cleanout it could take a couple minutes for a scene to load. Same scene now loads in about one second!
So I repeated on the Xeon machine even though I was not crashing there, and there as well scenes now load FAST!
So today did same on my AMD main machine which was not having a problem but still took long time to load a scene. Made no improvement on AMD (sigh) Perhaps the architecture of AMD did not have same response as Intel. ( I may get another rebuilt i7 for 3D, move the GPU and then use my current AMD board just for office and bookkeeping chores and as a backup location for files. )
FYI all my assets are on one machine (AMD) in a shared folder. The other machines I use to render read assets over network. That way no "missing file" problems because as I add assets they are automatically available to all machines on network. I had some thought that reading over LAN was part of the slow loading but with the removal of all those extra Nvidia items, a 1 second load time proves my Gigabit LAN is doing it's job and my AMD drive is serving up files fast.
If you read the above disregard. That situation was good for one day then back to same problems. Still crashing and the apparant speed of loading vanished as well.
Latest driver update did noting to help.

Hi, Which Nvidia products did you remove? I only see the video and audio drivers on my system.
