in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I started using the Dog World products, and LOVE them, but i can't seem to get the dog tail to show up on Michael OR Victoria. Can anyone tell me what i might be doing wrong? THis is Michael 4 and Victoria 4

    The tails require the Creature Creator add-ons for the base figure you are using - do you have that, and is the required taiol loaded and selected?
