"Resource Error: File does not exist" help

I just started trying to use Daz again after a couple year haitus and have run into an issue with verison 4.9.

I installed Daz and all of my old content onto my new computer using the install manager. The files downloaded to the default root folder "C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library". When I launched Daz and started building a scene I very quickly ran into an issue where about 50% of my content gave me a "resource error" that said the "file does not exist". I recognize this means that Daz can't find the file in the right folder. However, when I checked the folder, all the required files were in it. The files were the exact name that Daz was searching for as well.

The content directory for these files is mapped in both the "Daz Studio Formats" and "Poser Formats" directories.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the content several times. I've reinstalled with the Install Manager and manually to see if there was an issue with the install manager. I've reimported the metadata. I've remapped the content directories, but nothing seems to work.

I've literally been scouring the internet for 5 or 6 hours trying to solve this problem. I'm sure it's user error but I can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Have you installed that via Connect as well? Are you loading from Smart Content or from Categories, Products, or Poser Formats in the Content Library?

I have not installed content via connect nor am I loading from smart content. I have been attempting to load the content from the Poser Formats in the content library.

I just went back to try loading from the smart content tab and Daz Studio Formats tab in the content library. Both give me the same runtime error message.

Yes, I would expect the CMS-based lists to be an issue if anything was, I was hoping Poser Formats would work. I'm not sure what else to suggest.
