Needed: A tool for uploading 3rd party content.

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

If anyone out there has the knowleadge and know how to develop a tool where I can drag and drop a third party purchase into a folder press a button

and it loads into Daz3d like the Daz upload manager.  I would pay for that!!!  

Anyone else feel the same way!

    The typcal zip files almost always have the correct subpath. All you have to do is drag the main folder to your "My Library" (or whatever) folder.

    You will destroy your entire content folder if you try that on a Mac.  Which is why I asked first, which OS are you trying to copy files?

    It's not quite that simple, but if you're on Windows, there is Content Package Assistant in the DAZ Store that will essentially what you want. There is not yet s MacOS version, though.

    OK...thanks everyone....I will get the Content Package Assistant when it goes on sale.  $30 is a lot
