Resetting Content in the Install Manager?

Hello,
I am in dire need of a little help here. Due to a recent software/hardware conflict that renedered my laptop partially useless, I had to completely reset Windows. As I was going though reinstalling my software, I tried using the content manager to reinstall my library. However It had dawned on my that the downloaded content had been erased during the reset yet Install Mnanger still sees the content has having been installed, however Studio only seens the content still in my content manager that is waiting for download/installation. So... yeah, any help would be greatly appriceated with this problem.

DIM goes by the Manifests folder, in the same location as the Downloads folder's default in the Public Documents folder. DS goes by the CMS database. It's possible you had a back up of oen but not the othjer (the database is in your profile's AppData folder).
