2 updates fail to install in DIM

Both Fern Lake and IG Iray Essentials - Genesis 3 Female & Victoria 7 show as updates available in DIM but when I download them they both fail to install.

Any ideas anyone?

Edit:  Checked the log but all it says is:

Product failed check, moving to next product : IM00029256-01_FernLake.zip
Install Queue finished in 0 min 0.0 sec.
Product failed check, moving to next product : IM00022269-01_IGIrayEssentialsGenesis3FemaleVictoria7.zip
Install Queue finished in 0 min 0.0 sec.

    Sounds like a possible file size issue with the downloads; it's happened with others recently. Best is to notify Customer Service about it to make sure they know.

    I have the same issues with Growing Up for Genesis 3 Male(s) and the Fern lake.

    According to 7Zip, both zip files fail inrtegrity checks.

    all of these updates failed to install (via DIM and several deletes/redownloads) earlier today.  now IG iray essentials for g3f & v7 is the only one that's not working.

    the IG iray essentials for g3f & v7 update is still failing to install.

    For me, it's the updates for D|S 4.9 - 32-bit and 64-bit - haven't been able to get them to install for several months from DIM.

    If you are running DAZ on Windows 10 in a User Account, you are going to have to exit DIM and run it again with a right-mouse-click to "Run as Administrator". I have to do that every time I install anything "Software" or anything "Carrara". Hope this helps.

    today, tuesday, may the second--

    while at least four of the other files that originally had this problem have been fixed, the IG iray essentials for g3f & v7 update is *still* failing to install.

    I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE IG IRAY ESSENTIALS.  I JUST WENT AND DOWNLOADED IT MANUALLY AND INSTALLED FROM THE ZIP. BUT, YES TODAY, THE PROBLEM PERSISTED.
