How to remove freckles?

How do you remove freckles? I am using "Extreme Closeup: Freckles for Genesis 3 Female(s)".

I have no problems adding layers of freckles. Now how do you remove them?

    reapply your base texture.

    That's how you get rid of LIE makeups and overlays.

    Thank you, that will work as a last resort, but I was hoping there was a way to just undo the last layer I added. For some reason, UNDO doesn't include freckles.
