Bit of a problem with Genesis Content in Carrara (Shoes)

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

So I'm working with Genesis 2 in Carrara and when I load the shoes, they appear really weird (see attached).  Is this an unsolvable flaw or do I have to do something special to get them to work?  "Fit to" or scaling doesn't work at all.

Any suggestions?
