how to adjust skin color for Brittany (genesis 3)

Is there a way to make skin tone lighter on a Brittany for Genesis 3? Mine seems to have very tan skin and I'd like to lighten it... I looked in the store for skin tones - would I have to use some skin shader for that? Below is what I have right now... any guidance would be much appreciated. Thank you

Does the character come with settings for different translucence levels? if so, the lower option will usually be lighter (more light bouncing off the skin instead of being absorbed/scatterd, though it will also potentially take light out of shdowed areas due to the lack of scattering)? Another, crude, option is to select all surfaces with the same diffuse colour/base colour map (you can do this with right-click from the Surface Selection tool), then in the Editor tab of the Surfaces pane click the mini-thumbnail for the Diffuse/Base colour, select layered Image Editor, apply a new solid colour layer, make it white, and lower its opacity way down; repeat for the other skin maps.
thanks, there is a medium translucence option, I'll try that one and your other suggestion. thanks again
