Can't apply head morphs with Genesis 3

What am I missing or doing wrong?

I am able to adjust head morphs with Genesis 2 characters but not with Genesis 3 characters.  The G3 seem to be using only the skins and a generic base model.  The body morphs but not the head.

    You need to look under "Actor -> Head"
