Starting DAZ Studio creates new mini icons on my desktop from every image file

Whenever I start DAZ Studio a copy of every existing image-file ist created on my desktop with the following name conventions: oringinal file: xxx.jpg, new file created: xxx_jpg_icon.png (91x91 pixel). How to get rid of this?

It will do this for any "folder"(including desktop), that you designate as a render library. It drove me nuts for months trying to figure out what was making those icon files on my desktop and my art folder lol.
LOL. I had the exact same problem yesterday affter re-installing windows and DS. It was the first time it happened to me and I was completely baffled until I vaguely remembered something about a Render Library (which I never use). I had checked an option to point to a folder, thinking it was to save renders in. Turns out it was the Library.
Solution - Menu> Windows> Panes> Render Library> Manage Library> Remove the folder from the list
