Hexagon Bridge Not Working

[Hexagon Bridge Not Working] Just what it says on the tin. I can't export anything from DAZ to Hexagon or vice versa. Every time I try to do so, the program becomes unresponsive and I have to shut it down. Anybody have any ideas?

    Which version of DS, and which platform (Mac/Windows)? What secuity software are you using?

    Never mind. It's working now. Turns out that all I had to do was reboot the computer. :(

    I know, it should've occurred to me sooner. But I was frustrated because I recently discovered a major problem in what I was working on and had to go back to square one because of this snafu. >:[
