Missing Content

Hey Folks!

I pop up once in a while when I need help, and I am in need of some SERIOUS help!

I have been an avid DAZ user for quite a few years, but I recently changed to a new computer and I am still trying to learn how to use it with my new laptop.

I recently purchased a couple files, and after I downloaded them, EVERYTHING under my "SMART CONTECT" tab is GONE!!  I can still access things through my "CONTENT LIBRARY" but it is impossible to try to render a scene or create a character if you have to dig through folders full of 3,564 product names.

Anyone have some tips or pointers that will help me restore this?  (NOTE:  I have tried closing out of it and even shutting down my computer and restarting it to no avail).

Have you tried closing and restarting DS? Did you gwet an alert about needing a PostgreSQL connection when you did launch DS?

I've tried that several times.  I DID happen to notice that on the bottom-left side of the screen it reads "Metadata update failed:  18 items succeeded, 19 items failed."

That errro is for Connect - so you must be connected to the Daz servers from launch. I'm not sure why you would have an empty category list then.

I am uninstalling DAZ and ALL content, and plan on reinstalling everything.
